Our Team
Ramey Warren
"I’ve always been fascinated by how celebrity weaves its magic spell on us all. Turning the chemistry of talent into a positive media personality is an art form."
A native of Texas, Ramey Warren was destined to think big. Her career in the realm of celebrity began on a grand scale working with the parade of entertainers and stars that passed through The Tonight Show during Johnny Carson’s reign. Her experience there introduced her to practically every celebrity on the planet and drummed into every cell the importance of media exposure – "the right kind of media exposure" – in moving a performer’s career forward.
Ramey moved forward herself, to talk and lifestyle series on Fox and ABC, and created and produced shows for Paramount, NBC, Universal and Twentieth Television. She also developed series for Fine Living, HGTV and Style.
With her former business partner, Adora English, Ramey formed Media Savvy to coach performers, rising stars and celebrities in the skills vital to getting positive exposure in the media: on talk shows, in interviews, at press junkets and before the public. Media Savvy made history by crafting a new genre of television utilizing the unique psychic talents of John Edward. Crossing Over with John Edward put The Sci Fi Channel on the map as a source of edgy and startling reality programming.
"We recognized immediately that John had the ability to touch something deep inside the viewer, something TV had never tapped before." That ability to recognize breakthrough talent led to the creation of an incubator for developing concepts, franchises and personality brands.
Media Savvy's connections and rapport with the community of celebrity brought the TV Guide Channel knocking on their door. Media Savvy was instrumental in its launch and was its exclusive production arm for four years, booking and producing over 6,000 TV, music, and sports celebrity interviews and appearances. This experience has helped establish Media Savvy as an unequalled celebrity contact resource. ↑ top

Steve Clements
Steve Clements, now based in Atlanta, Georgia, translates nearly 40 years as executive trainer, professor, award-winning producer, writer and director in broadcast, video, industry and academia into customized oral communications and media training programs for executives. As a former producer of over 3,000 national television broadcasts (detailed in his media text book, Show Runner: Producing Variety and Talk Shows for Television) he developed and ran shows such as Hour Magazine with Gary Collins, the new Mickey Mouse Club for the Disney Channel, and Body by Jake, among others. In these roles, he often found himself preparing very nervous celebrities on how to “talk” to their audiences, including chef Wolfgang Puck, fitness guru Richard Simmons and renowned cardiologist and Parade medical editor Dr. Isadore Rosenfeld. This was in addition to his primary role as overall show producer where he continually worked on the refinement of the skills of talk show hosts such as Bob Goen, Gary Collins, Jake Steinfeld and Pat Sajak. Steve now trains celebrities, business professionals and industry leaders on how to be a better “you” when speaking to audiences of one or a thousand and one under the name of Executive Speak/Write and proudly partners with Media Savvy.↑ top
